Alifonso Daza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Toni Mascayo managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Pejerreyes FC's Adriel Abufhele fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 14 minutes into the game, Agressor Fc's Ricard Johnson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danél Bühler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Adriel Abufhele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Mascayo having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Agressor Fc's zone, Adriel Abufhele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toni Mascayo came out of the goal and Adriel Abufhele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Adriel Abufhele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danél Bühler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Francisco Matetich in the 25th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Agressor Fc's zone, Alifonso Daza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toni Mascayo came out of the goal and Alifonso Daza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the game, Raúl Lindsay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Agressor Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pejerreyes FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Agressor Fc's Raúl Lindsay got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute, Mariano Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Agressor Fc's zone, Adriel Abufhele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toni Mascayo came out of the goal and Adriel Abufhele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pejerreyes FC's Alifonso Daza got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adriel Abufheles short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Toni Mascayo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alifonso Daza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Mascayo having to interfere. After the first half Agressor Fc were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alifonso Daza to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Adriel Abufhele managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pejerreyes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adriel Abufhele was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toni Mascayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcos Francisco Matetich might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danél Bühler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Francisco Matetich ran back to his position shaking his head. Toni Mascayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alifonso Daza in the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Agressor Fc booed when Pejerreyes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alifonso Daza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alifonso Daza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Mascayo having to interfere. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Agressor Fc's goalkeeper Toni Mascayo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Pejerreyes FC's Alifonso Daza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toni Mascayo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Danél Bühler was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Andrés Peacock. Adriel Abufhele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alifonso Daza, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 87 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Toni Mascayo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ricard Johnson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adriel Abufhele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Mascayo having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Pejerreyes FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
