Spectators: 6704 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 0) Gutijane's Adriano Soupper started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Gutijane's Ysidro Trouve got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 15th minute, Bautista Unquera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Abdón Respaldiza fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tranquilla's protests and gave Abdón Respaldiza a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Tranquilla's Abdón Respaldiza got a free kick in the 28th minute. Adriano Soupper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niguel Pinuer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Tauro Corbalán tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Alejandro Echaiz came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Gutijane's Maximiliano Lataste. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Lataste quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Niguel Pinuer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niguel Pinuer to strike the kick off in the second half. Niguel Pinuer struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Tauro Corbalán didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tranquilla. Niguel Pinuer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Tauro Corbalán tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximiliano Lataste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Niguel Pinuer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tauro Corbalán was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Niguel Pinuer sped through Gutijane's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tauro Corbalán. Abdón Respaldiza got his second yellow card in the match during the 73rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Gutijane's Adriano Soupper got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tauro Corbalán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bautista Unquera, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. If Adriano Soupper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Adriano Soupper came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Gutijane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adriano Soupper couldn't finish the play.
