Justino Samaniego was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 8th match minute, Pamputa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Peacock to maneuver through the defense. Orlando Chao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justino Samaniego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orlando Chao's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. When David Israel Marx came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Gumercindo S.A. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Israel Marx couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Julio Peacock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pamputa AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Peacock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xaime Antonucci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the game, Orlando Chao cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Justino Samaniego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xaime Antonucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Peacock in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Pamputa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when David Israel Marx came free, but Justino Samaniego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute David Israel Marx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Samaniego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Jacinto Cangas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pamputa AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gumercindo S.A. the free kick. In the 33rd match minute, Pamputa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Cangas to maneuver through the defense. Justino Samaniego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Chao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Nazario Bernal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xaime Antonucci was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julio Peacock showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 41 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florentino Arcaya during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Pamputa AFC booed when Gumercindo S.A. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Arcaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Pamputa AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gumercindo S.A. were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orlando Chao was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Justino Samaniego managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when Gumercindo S.A.'s Jonatán Bessoayn fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jonatán Bessoayn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Justino Samaniego made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Jonatán Bessoayn took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Justino Samaniego to make any attempt to save it. In the 61st minute Omar Talcao suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Nazario Bernal kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Justino Samaniego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonatán Bessoayn went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. After 71 played minutes Gumercindo S.A. got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Paul. 76 minutes into the game, Lucas Paul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gumercindo S.A.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pamputa AFC the free kick. After 77 played minutes Gumercindo S.A. got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Paul. After some careless play in the Pamputa AFC defense, Jonatán Bessoayn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Justino Samaniego. The Pamputa AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justino Samaniego should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Pablo Bascur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gumercindo S.A.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Bascur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justino Samaniego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute, Orlando Chao fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Justino Samaniego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dionisio Ferrada in the 96th minute. Gumercindo S.A. played a much better game than Pamputa AFC and deserved their victory. The Pamputa AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
