The supporters of Curaco booed when Bocatoma AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarías Castañeda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicens Marsal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergi Vicencio charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Jacob Chaparro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vicens Marsal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Marx in the 20th minute of the match. Filomeno Marx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vicens Marsal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentín Recabarren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th match minute, Curaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentín Recabarren to maneuver through the defense. After 32 played minutes Bocatoma AFC got a freekick which was hit by Luis Eduardo Cavada. In the 36th minute, Leoncio Faivovich reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Faustino San Miguel. The goal made the score 1-0. Filomeno Marx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xulián Puebla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Vicens Marsal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leoncio Faivovich stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leoncio Faivovich in the 59th minute of play forced Curaco's goalkeeper Faustino San Miguel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentín Recabarren's late challenge caught a Bocatoma AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 67th minute, Jacob Chaparro made a precise shot to the right of Faustino San Miguel. Curaco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Curaco's Valentín Recabarren got a free kick in the 70th minute. After some careless play in the Curaco defense, Jacob Chaparro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Faustino San Miguel. The Curaco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faustino San Miguel should have stopped the shot. Genaro Barreau kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Filomeno Marx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Vicens Marsal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Xulián Puebla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Bocatoma AFC's Vicens Marsal got control of the ball when Filomeno Marx tried to sneak it across the goal line. Faustino San Miguel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Chaparro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bocatoma AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Curaco had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
