Spectators: 6692 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adelmo Macuada got the match started through his kick off. Adelmo Macuada who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Joel Vivas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. José Marcelo Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocente Allard in the 6th minute of play. When Pucatue AFC's Inocente Allard in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ancallapo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute, Juan Jesus Celedón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ancallapo's Baldomero Orbegoso couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 16th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pucatue AFC. If Savier Dahlgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 played minutes Pucatue AFC got a freekick which was hit by Pepe Vicencio. Joel Vivas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelmo Macuada in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Pucatue AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nazario Mozo to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Elorreaga in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joel Vivas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Ancallapo's zone, Mannuel Marasso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Marcelo Tinoco came out of the goal and Mannuel Marasso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joel Vivas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adelmo Macuada, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Juan Jesus Celedón hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Teodoro Elorreagas short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Joel Vivas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Teodoro Elorreaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Vivas having to interfere. Mannuel Marasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adelmo Macuada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute, Pepe Vicencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Ancallapo's Baldomero Orbegoso broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Nazario Olave's late challenge caught a Pucatue AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nazario Olave helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ancallapo's Nazario Olave got a free kick in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mannuel Marasso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Ancallapo's zone, Mannuel Marasso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Marcelo Tinoco came out of the goal and Mannuel Marasso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute of the match, Mannuel Marasso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but José Marcelo Tinoco saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Ancallapo's Roldán Giron got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 65th minute, Juan Jesus Celedón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Inocente Allard came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Pucatue AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inocente Allard couldn't finish the play. Teodoro Elorreaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Vivas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Elorreaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 74th minute, Teodoro Elorreaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Ancallapo's Adelmo Macuada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Vivas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joel Vivas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodoro Elorreaga's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Mannuel Marasso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of José Marcelo Tinoco, 0-1. With 88 minutes on the clock, Seran Yanque commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 87th minute, one of Ancallapo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ancallapo. In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Pucatue AFC. Niceto Guilisasti stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving José Marcelo Tinoco. 0-2. José Marcelo Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mannuel Marasso in the 97th minute of the match. After 99 played minutes Pucatue AFC got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Guilisasti. Baldomero Orbegoso, 100 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The Pucatue AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
