When Rufino Alvar fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quechupulli's protests and gave Rufino Alvar a yellow card for diving instead. If Danilo De Rurange had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Roy Ballesteros hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Iván Luis Raymond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurino Pazos in the 35th minute of play. Danilo De Rurange kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Maurino Pazos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iván Luis Raymond having to interfere. Aucanquilcha's Iván Luis Raymond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurino Pazos in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maurino Pazos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Raimundo Sobarzo kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 minutes, Taurino Sotomayor mouthed his way into the referee's book. Ubaldo Matildo Aranibar was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Aucanquilcha's Roy Ballesteros got a free kick in the 66th minute. Quechupulli's Maurino Pazos got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ubaldo Matildo Aranibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Borja in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Quechupulli booed when Aucanquilcha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roy Ballesteros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurino Pazos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Camilo Borja notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Quechupulli's Ubaldo Matildo Aranibar. Ubaldo Matildo Aranibar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Norino Portales kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Maurino Pazos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camilo Borja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Ubaldo Matildo Aranibar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Quechupulli players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Aucanquilcha.
