Caletones AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Tor Bustos scored to the left of an out of position Filipo Zuburu, making the score, 2-0. 15 minutes into the match, SOUR BOYS's Tor Bustos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filipo Zuburu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Normando Altamirano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipo Zuburu having to interfere. In the 17th minute Frances Solar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipo Zuburu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Normando Altamirano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filipo Zuburu was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After having played for 33 minutes, Frances Solar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SOUR BOYS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frances Solar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Normando Altamirano hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Filipo Zuburu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Normando Altamirano in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, León Macuada made a precise shot to the right of Filipo Zuburu. Caletones AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. When Caletones AFC's Odilón Arratia in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SOUR BOYS's goalie prevented a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Normando Altamirano to make the kick off. If Normando Altamirano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frances Solar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filipo Zuburu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Normando Altamirano's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Andy Aldana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nazario Gumucio in the 67th minute of the match. Frances Solar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tor Paillalef fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipo Zuburu having to interfere. Normando Altamirano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Filipo Zuburu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Lucero Suloaga in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SOUR BOYS's León Macuada. SOUR BOYS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
