The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonatan Ehijo got free with Silvestre Moya in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the match, Eufemio Ojeda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Silvestre Moya, 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, LoS Del CaSiKe's goalkeeper Silvestre Moya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonatan Ehijo. The supporters of Huantrunes AFC booed when LoS Del CaSiKe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andoni Marx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvestre Moya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonatan Ehijo in the 41st minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After 51 played minutes LoS Del CaSiKe got a freekick which was hit by Celino Depsch. Silvestre Moya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Ehijo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salbatore Maggiora in the 59th minute of play forced LoS Del CaSiKe's goalkeeper Silvestre Moya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salbatore Maggiora struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Silvestre Moya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huantrunes AFC. Juan Alfonso Villagra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Giron having to interfere. Alejandro Piedra's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Silvestre Moya on his right side and into the goal. 75 minutes into the game it was 2-0. The supporters of Huantrunes AFC booed when LoS Del CaSiKe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Alfonso Abarca didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Jonatan Ehijo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Salbatore Maggiora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Huantrunes AFC's Jonatan Ehijo got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 93 minutes, Salbatore Maggiora managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huantrunes AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salbatore Maggiora was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salbatore Maggiora struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Silvestre Moya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huantrunes AFC. In the 97th minute Jonatan Ehijo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Moya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LoS Del CaSiKe's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
