Spectators: 6703 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rafa Tejada kicked off to start the match. Pailad AFC's Balendín Schuchardt got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christian Cáceres came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Huilco AFC's Rafa Tejada. But to his dismay, Rafa Tejada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Rafa Tejada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseo Arredondo in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeremías Achurra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Huilco AFC's Jeremías Achurra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Huilco AFC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 21 minutes, Alonso Laso de la Vega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huilco AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alonso Laso de la Vega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseo Arredondo struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Jeremías Achurra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pailad AFC. Balendín Schuchardt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jeremías Achurra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pailad AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huilco AFC the free kick. A collision led to Pailad AFC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Rómulo Polanco hit a great ball. Abelardo Castro didn't quite understand what happened when in the 39 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 40th match minute, Pailad AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Odilón Canales to maneuver through the defense. Alonso Laso de la Vega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeremías Achurra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Arredondo's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliseo Arredondo to make the kick off. Alonso Laso de la Vega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Cáceres having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Odilón Canales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domenico Varletta during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 63 minutes into the game, one of Pailad AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The supporters of Pailad AFC booed when Huilco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Urceda didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balendín Schuchardt in the 77th minute of play forced Huilco AFC's goalkeeper Jeremías Achurra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Balendín Schuchardt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremías Achurra having to interfere. Pailad AFC's Balendín Schuchardt got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafa Tejada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Huilco AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
