Spectators: 6722 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) Calina FC's Bernardo Dávila started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Bernardo Dávila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alirio Henson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Calina FC booed when Bollenar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Próspero Walton didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Juan Ignacio Faine came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Calina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Ignacio Faine couldn't finish the play. After having played for 21 minutes, Archibaldo Fournier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bollenar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Archibaldo Fournier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Ignacio Faine in the 24th minute of play forced Bollenar's goalkeeper Alirio Henson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Val Poza got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alirio Henson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Archibaldo Fournier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bollenar's supporters rose to their feet, but Archibaldo Fournier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ubaldo Recabarren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bartolomé Guisado might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ubaldo Recabarren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartolomé Guisado ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice moves Archibaldo Fournier could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Ubaldo Recabarren however easily saved by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Bollenar's Archibaldo Fournier slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ubaldo Recabarren. That made the score 1-0 after 35 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Bernardo Dávila put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alirio Henson. Juan Ignacio Faine kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After 46 played minutes Bollenar got a freekick which was hit by Próspero Walton. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Bartolomé Guisado made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Calina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolomé Guisado came free, but Ubaldo Recabarren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Pere Marchena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calina FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bollenar the free kick. After a rather tough play, Calina FC's Pere Marchena got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Archibaldo Fournier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Recabarren having to interfere. Bollenar's Archibaldo Fournier got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ubaldo Recabarren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Archibaldo Fournier in the 77th minute of the match. Alirio Henson made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Juan Ignacio Faine sent off a good shot on target. When Bartolomé Guisado came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Bollenar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolomé Guisado couldn't finish the play. Archibaldo Fournier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ubaldo Recabarren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Archibaldo Fournier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute Bartolomé Guisado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Recabarren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Calina FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Bollenar had controlled the match.
