After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Mateo Dutard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abanico AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Dutard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caupolicán Peric breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zarpas Guisado in the 12th minute of play forced Pocuno AFC's goalkeeper Caupolicán Peric to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zarpas Guisado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrico Oñate got free with Miren Guemes in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mannuel Perelman hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Caupolicán Peric made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zarpas Guisado in the 31st minute of play. Javiero Orostegui kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to Pocuno AFC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Saúl Federici hit a great ball. When Odín Seco fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pocuno AFC's protests and gave Odín Seco a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 played minutes Pocuno AFC got a freekick which was hit by Odín Seco. In the 37th minute of the match Lucero Klaafon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Caupolicán Peric skillfully saved the ball. Mateo Dutard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Caupolicán Peric tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zarpas Guisado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan Alfonso Ipinza to strike the kick off in the second half. Caupolicán Peric made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Zarpas Guisado sent off a good shot on target. Zarpas Guisado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caupolicán Peric having to make a save. Caupolicán Peric showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Dutard, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Mercé Escobar hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute of the match Saúl Federici sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miren Guemes skillfully saved the ball. Caupolicán Peric took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Dutard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henrico Oñate took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miren Guemes. Miren Guemes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Orlando Cornejo hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 67 played minutes Pocuno AFC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Alfonso Ipinza. Caupolicán Peric showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Dutard, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Ariano Pacull charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ariano Pacull the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 70 played minutes Pocuno AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ariano Pacull. Caupolicán Peric took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Dutard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xosé Kammerer was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 76 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Abanico AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pocuno AFC:s goal. In the 80th minute Henrico Oñate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miren Guemes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Abanico AFC's zone, Juan Alfonso Ipinza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miren Guemes came out of the goal and Juan Alfonso Ipinza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miren Guemes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Alfonso Ipinza in the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Pocuno AFC's goalkeeper Caupolicán Peric had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zarpas Guisado. Mannuel Perelman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zarpas Guisado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Caupolicán Peric tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zarpas Guisado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zarpas Guisado might have been able to make a better finish in the 99th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Caupolicán Peric. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zarpas Guisado ran back to his position shaking his head. Pocuno AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
