The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Milián Hudson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Manieu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Savier Socho's late challenge caught a Union Real's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Savier Socho helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Polcura's Savier Socho got a free kick in the 5th minute. The supporters of Union Real booed when Polcura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Solezzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Union Real's Arnulfo Tadzio got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Polcura's zone, Arnulfo Tadzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juliano Covarrubias came out of the goal and Arnulfo Tadzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnulfo Tadzio got free with Juliano Covarrubias in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Union Real fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Union Real's Arnulfo Tadzio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Anselmo Olivos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juliano Covarrubias having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, Union Real was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmy Fastesson to maneuver through the defense. If Arnulfo Tadzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Timmy Fastesson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juliano Covarrubias. That made the score 3-0 in the 34 minute of play. With his leg Juliano Covarrubias managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Union Real's Arnulfo Tadzio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hilario Solezzi lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Union Real a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fulgencio Melinao, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Polcura's Juliano Covarrubias. 4-0.

The wind increased when Arnulfo Tadzio made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Polcura's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Rodenas came free, but Juliano Covarrubias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hipolito Manieu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Anselmo Olivos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Union Real's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Olivos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juliano Covarrubias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Polcura defense, Arnulfo Tadzio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juliano Covarrubias. The Polcura fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juliano Covarrubias should have stopped the shot. Juliano Covarrubias came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Union Real's Abelardo Rodenas. But to his dismay, Abelardo Rodenas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Arnulfo Tadzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juliano Covarrubias having to interfere. Arnulfo Tadzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Polcura's zone, Anselmo Olivos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juliano Covarrubias came out of the goal and Anselmo Olivos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnulfo Tadzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timmy Fastesson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juliano Covarrubias having to make a save. Union Real's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
