Spectators: 7397 (Terracing: 5549, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 147) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Amadeo Dahlgren made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Huachipato FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Vicencio came free, but Andy Egaña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauricio Inzunza succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 9th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Vicencio in the 19th minute of play forced Huachipato FC's goalkeeper Andy Egaña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Huachipato FC's Timeteo Huilcaman got a free kick in the 24th minute. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Cresenciano Rufo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Rollo Ortuguren to make any attempt to save it. Mauricio Inzunza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Rollo Ortuguren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Cresenciano Rufo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rollo Ortuguren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Huachipato FC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Curaco AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fulgencio Facuse took the corner. Fulgencio Facuse made a great header on Huachipato FC's corner, it was just that Curaco AFC's Rollo Ortuguren managed to reach the ball for a save. Andy Egaña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Vicencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Andy Egaña came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Curaco AFC's Amadeo Dahlgren. But to his dismay, Amadeo Dahlgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cresenciano Rufo to make the kick off. Timeteo Huilcaman charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timeteo Huilcaman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cresenciano Rufo hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Lorenzo Vicencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Egaña having to interfere. In the 68th match minute, Curaco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Ubiergo to maneuver through the defense. Mauricio Inzunza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Curaco AFC's zone, Cresenciano Rufo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rollo Ortuguren came out of the goal and Cresenciano Rufo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rollo Ortuguren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cresenciano Rufo in the 90th minute of the match. Amadeo Dahlgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Huachipato FC had won after a very even match.
