After 3 played minutes Chanar FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Backhouse. Claudio Jara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Ramírez in the 5th minute of play. After 12 minutes, Şanver Akşin made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Chanar FC's Gaston Canavesio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Chanar FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Oscar Latuz hit a great ball. If Şanver Akşin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Zanetta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chanar FC's goalkeeper Gaston Canavesio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When EL PIOJO RESUSITADO's Şanver Akşin in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chanar FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 36th minute Şanver Akşin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Canavesio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Ahonzo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Juan Pablo Maldini from long distance, 39 minutes into the match, got Gaston Canavesio's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 41 minutes into the match, Sergio Ramírez notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of EL PIOJO RESUSITADO's Claudio Jara. Claudio Jara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Şanver Akşin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Gaston Canavesio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Topocho Alister hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After 49 played minutes Chanar FC got a freekick which was hit by Topocho Alister. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şanver Akşin to make the kick off. Darien Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Şanver Akşin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Canavesio having to interfere. If Darien Rivas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Zanetta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaston Canavesio having to make a save. Gaston Canavesio came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by EL PIOJO RESUSITADO's Şanver Akşin. But to his dismay, Şanver Akşin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Gaston Canavesio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şanver Akşin's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Darien Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Canavesio having to interfere. Şanver Akşin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Canavesio having to interfere. Paulo Zanetta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When EL PIOJO RESUSITADO's Şanver Akşin in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chanar FC's goalie prevented a goal. Gaston Canavesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şanver Akşin in the 79th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Santana Dios was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EL PIOJO RESUSITADO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chanar FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, EL PIOJO RESUSITADO's Santana Dios got a free kick in the 81st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Chanar FC's zone, Darien Rivas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaston Canavesio came out of the goal and Darien Rivas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaston Canavesio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şanver Akşin, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 3-2 became the score in the 93rd minute when Sergio Ramírez elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some careless play in the Chanar FC defense, Şanver Akşin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaston Canavesio. The Chanar FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaston Canavesio should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. EL PIOJO RESUSITADO fully deserved thier win.
