Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gabriel Nancupel made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Paipote AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jeraldo Barrera fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Podador Pinto kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Mónico Chopitea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eufrasio Marmentini having to interfere. After 12 minutes of play, Caquena AFC's Jeraldo Barrera made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eufrasio Marmentini was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th minute Gabriel Nancupel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Gorostiaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Paipote AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mónico Chopitea came free, but Eufrasio Marmentini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gabriel Nancupel came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Paipote AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Nancupel couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Paipote AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Rogerio Alpi hit a great ball. Esteban Almeyda hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, Caquena AFC's Juan Eduardo Zubicueta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eufrasio Marmentini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Franco Jullian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mónico Chopitea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franco Jullian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Gorostiaga having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Mónico Chopitea made the kick off in the second half. Mónico Chopitea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Franco Jullian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeraldo Barrera hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 64 minutes, Jonatán Gebler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paipote AFC and the Caquena AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute, Jonatán Gebler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franco Jullian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Gorostiaga having to interfere. Caquena AFC's Mónico Chopitea got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mónico Chopitea hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute Gilberto Undona suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franco Jullian during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Franco Jullian hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94th match minute, Paipote AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogerio Alpi to maneuver through the defense. Caquena AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
