Maxín Fuentes's late challenge caught a NARANJOS - FBC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maxín Fuentes helped the player get up and apologised. Matador.SR's Ireno Bari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Máximo Plummer in the 42nd minute of play. Pierre Monreal in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ireno Bari, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aníbal Anabalon was the one to do the kick off. Ireno Bari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pierre Monreal's shot from short distance in the 51st minute.
