Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. José Marcelo Markovic started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eber Gabler in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Naelio Romo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The attack was good, but when José Marcelo Markovic in the 9th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Naelio Romo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Carson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Marcelo Markovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Serey having to interfere. In the 19th minute, David Carson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Naelio Romo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 26th minute Topocho Freire suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When David Carson fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Queniza's protests and gave David Carson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th match minute, Queniza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Carson to maneuver through the defense. David Carson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niguel Gumucio struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Carmelo Serey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sewell. Eber Gabler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Carson to make the kick off. After having played for 59 minutes, David Carson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Queniza's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Carson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute of the match Natanael Enríquez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Naelio Romo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Sewell's Filomeno Waddington got a free kick in the 70th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Naelio Romo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The goalkeeper, Naelio Romo, was totally fooled by Queniza's Natanael Enríquez, who 86 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Naelio Romo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Carson's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. David Carson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naelio Romo having to interfere. The Sewell supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Queniza's performance. The match ended with a win for Queniza.
