Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gaspar Martos started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Renaico FC's Godofredo Ibarbia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Ofelio Echeverría hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Gaspar Martos spun around in front of the goal 7 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Renaico FC's goal. In the 9th match minute, Renaico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Bañados to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Canete AFC's Vincente Faine tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, Renaico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Próspero Domínguez to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Canete AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Anastasio Abaitua hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Maximiliano Asencio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Canete AFC's Benicio Fett didn't even have to move. In the 17th minute Gaspar Martos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Julio Fraga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Renaico FC booed when Canete AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincente Faine didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaspar Martos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. José Julio Fraga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Julio Fraga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Martos, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. If Gaspar Martos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Godofredo Ibarbia made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Canete AFC's Gaspar Martos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Julio Fraga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gaspar Martos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Julio Fraga having to interfere. Godofredo Ibarbia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benicio Fett read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Benicio Fett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Ibarbia in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of Renaico FC booed when Canete AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Abaitua didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Godofredo Ibarbia made a precise shot to the right of Benicio Fett. Canete AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. With a little luck, Renaico FC's José Julio Fraga got control of the ball when Juan Alfonso Sobuage tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Cipriano Bañados was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Renaico FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canete AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Renaico FC's Cipriano Bañados got a free kick in the 79th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Alfonso Sobuage got free with José Julio Fraga in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benicio Fett came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Renaico FC's Xosé Lattapiat. But to his dismay, Xosé Lattapiat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.
