Maximino Charme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, RED FC's Dante Moñiz got a free kick in the 10th minute. Maximino Charme was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Miren Monasterio. José Francisco Noé sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Santiago Bizama fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Eyzaguirre having to interfere. Casimiro Eyzaguirre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miliano Lerga in the 23rd minute of play. Santiago Bizama received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Casimiro Eyzaguirre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 played minutes Pedernales AFC got a freekick which was hit by Salomón Reccius. Pedernales AFC's Ramón Cox got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Ramón Cox got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 34 played minutes RED FC got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Ignacio Olguín. Ramón Cox came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Maximino Charme could save by the left post. After 39 minutes, Quintán Pfingsthorn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RED FC and the Pedernales AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th match minute, RED FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quintán Pfingsthorn to maneuver through the defense. Ramón Cox took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximino Charme. Maximino Charme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 47th match minute, Pedernales AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliazar Wittig to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miliano Lerga to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute José Francisco Noé shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Charme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramón Cox received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Maximino Charme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximino Charme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Francisco Noé, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If Santiago Bizama had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, RED FC's Dante Moñiz got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Francisco Noé in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Charme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in RED FC's zone, Ramón Cox stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximino Charme came out of the goal and Ramón Cox tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the match, Pedernales AFC's José Francisco Noé sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Charme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Desiderio Zamora's late challenge caught a RED FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Desiderio Zamora helped the player get up and apologised. Desiderio Zamora kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Pedernales AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
