Elias Larraona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lander Portalupi having to interfere. Enzo Cumsille blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celedonio Martínez de Aldunate having to make a save. 13 minutes into the match, Corahuano's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Larraona came free, but Lander Portalupi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elias Larraona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celedonio Martínez de Aldunate didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. If Enzo Cumsille had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute of the match Juan Antonio Mandacovic sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lander Portalupi skillfully saved the ball. When Demetrio Nieto came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Autilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demetrio Nieto couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Corahuano's Marciano Puebla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celedonio Martínez de Aldunate. That made the score 2-0 after 42 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Siluna Gallardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lander Portalupi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Siluna Gallardo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Corahuano's zone, Demetrio Nieto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lander Portalupi came out of the goal and Demetrio Nieto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 56 minutes into the game, Ursino Fajardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corahuano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Autilla the free kick. A collision led to Corahuano getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ursino Fajardo hit a great ball. If Demetrio Nieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celedonio Martínez de Aldunate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Cumsille in the 62nd minute of play. Autilla's Elias Larraona got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Marciano Puebla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marciano Puebla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Celedonio Martínez de Aldunate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute Marciano Puebla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Martínez de Aldunate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Corahuano's zone, Demetrio Nieto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lander Portalupi came out of the goal and Demetrio Nieto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elias Larraona might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lander Portalupi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Larraona ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 85th minute, Autilla's Demetrio Nieto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lander Portalupi. Lander Portalupi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. A collision led to Autilla getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gualberto Arias hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes Corahuano got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Nazario Klickmann. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Larraona got free with Lander Portalupi in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ursino Fajardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Corahuano's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
