Puccmon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan María Subercaseaux was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jose Esteban Nordman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Teofilio Parrini made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Maximiliano White's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomás Berecedo was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. When Modesto Monte fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Puren FC's protests and gave Modesto Monte a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Modesto Monte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan María Subercaseaux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikel Canavesio hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. A hard and well directed shot from Roldán Brunet led 25 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Puccmon's Tomás Berecedo became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. Jose Esteban Nordman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilio Parrini having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Puren FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan María Subercaseaux came free, but Teofilio Parrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Berecedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bermejo Ramírez in the 37th minute of the match. Puren FC's Modesto Monte got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Modesto Monte off the ground. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bermejo Ramírez to make the kick off. Teofilio Parrini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan María Subercaseaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, Puccmon's goal looked a bit too open when Bermejo Ramírez came free, but Tomás Berecedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Esteban Nordman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Bermejo Ramírez scored 0-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomás Berecedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 84 minutes into the match, Puren FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan María Subercaseaux came free, but Teofilio Parrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Puccmon's Jose Esteban Nordman in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Tomás Berecedo made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Bermejo Ramírez sent off a good shot on target. Bermejo Ramírez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Berecedo having to interfere. Puren FC played a much better game than Puccmon and deserved their victory. The Puccmon players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
