Aureliano Pozo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bayron Quezada having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Francisco Ignacio Naviedes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bayron Quezada was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. A collision led to Cunco AFC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Leandro Duñabeitia hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Francisco Ignacio Naviedes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 played minutes Cunco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Duñabeitia. If 楚邦夕 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 26th minute Aureliano Pozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayron Quezada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pablo Pujadas during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pablo Pujadas hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. If Francisco Ignacio Naviedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Odón Betanzos got free with José Luis Olivar in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Aillipen's Normando Rosas got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 40thth minute of the game Leandro Duñabeitia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aillipen's José Luis Olivar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 41 played minutes Aillipen got a freekick which was hit by Fermín Unquera. The long shot by Demetrio Friz in the 42nd minute really tested José Luis Olivar's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Duñabeitia in the 44th minute of play forced Aillipen's goalkeeper José Luis Olivar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Francisco Ignacio Naviedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Ignacio Naviedes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bayron Quezada having to make a save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leandro Duñabeitia made a kick off. José Luis Olivar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Duñabeitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Aillipen's Normando Rosas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. 58 minutes into the match, Aillipen's goal looked a bit too open when Odón Betanzos came free, but José Luis Olivar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 楚邦夕 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Bayron Quezada made a huge save. If Odón Betanzos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute Leandro Duñabeitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Luis Olivar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliano Pozo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bayron Quezada having to make a save. Bayron Quezada made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Normando Rosas sent off a good shot on target. Pablo Pujadas hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute of the match Natalio Iriart sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bayron Quezada skillfully saved the ball. With an all-out effort, Aillipen's Bayron Quezada threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aureliano Pozo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Cunco AFC's Demetrio Friz got a free kick in the 84th minute. Francisco Ignacio Naviedes in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bayron Quezada, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cunco AFC's Pablo Pujadas got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Pablo Pujadas off the ground. Pablo Pujadas hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Odón Betanzos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aillipen's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
