Maurín Angellotti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naelio Pena, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Joel Orostegui sped through Cullani AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maurín Angellotti. The audience was convinced that Joel Orostegui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maurín Angellotti was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 13th minute, Carlos Gustavo Saldaña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naelio Pena in the 24th minute of play forced Cullani AFC's goalkeeper Maurín Angellotti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Joel Orostegui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maurín Angellotti was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. The supporters of Cullani AFC booed when Sagbara AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Zamudio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Joel Orostegui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maurín Angellotti was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Naelio Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Joel Orostegui made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Cullani AFC's Carlos Gustavo Saldaña got a free kick in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elodio Bulnes got free with Maurín Angellotti in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nemesio Calderón charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nemesio Calderón the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nemesio Calderón hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. A hard shot 68 in the game by Joel Orostegui from a close distance when the talented Maurín Angellotti managed to make a qualified save. Cullani AFC's players were relieved. Joel Orostegui did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Maurín Angellotti 68 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes Joel Orostegui rounded Cullani AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. Cullani AFC's Maurín Angellotti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naelio Pena in the 83rd minute of play. When Sagbara AFC's Joel Orostegui in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cullani AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Maurín Angellotti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Orostegui's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The Cullani AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sagbara AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
