Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Santiago Talamilla got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Guatanave's goal looked a bit too open when Sansón Lazcano came free, but Eladio Wilkenson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 4 minutes, Sansón Lazcano made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Guatanave's Eladio Wilkenson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Eladio Wilkenson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sansón Lazcano, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute Sansón Lazcano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eladio Wilkenson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eladio Montesinos charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eladio Montesinos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th match minute, Huape FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eladio Montesinos to maneuver through the defense. Sansón Lazcano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eladio Wilkenson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Eladio Wilkenson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sansón Lazcano in the 17th minute of the match. Sansón Lazcano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Guatanave defense, Sansón Lazcano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eladio Wilkenson. The Guatanave fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eladio Wilkenson should have stopped the shot. After having played for 28 minutes, Juan Luis Anthony managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guatanave's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Luis Anthony was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Jordi Maillard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Eladio Wilkenson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Américo Blondel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Almazan having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sansón Lazcano was the one to do the kick off. Huape FC's Mohamed Almazan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Huape FC from getting a goal against them. Sansón Lazcano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eladio Wilkenson having to interfere. Américo Blondel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santiago Talamilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guatanave's Emiliano Abumohor suffered a sore thigh after 66 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Alessandro Robledo fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huape FC's protests and gave Alessandro Robledo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th match minute, Huape FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessandro Robledo to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute, Giancarlo Carrillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the game, Sansón Lazcano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Eladio Wilkenson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 75 minutes into the match, Huape FC's Sansón Lazcano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eladio Wilkenson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Américo Blondel in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mohamed Almazan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 82 minutes into the match, Jordi Maillard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eladio Wilkenson. Guatanave's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jordi Maillard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Américo Blondel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Mohamed Almazan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Huape FC's Jose Manuel Soler got a free kick in the 90th minute. Mohamed Almazan made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Américo Blondel sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd match minute, Guatanave was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alipio Piñera to maneuver through the defense. Sansón Lazcano struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Eladio Wilkenson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huape FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jordi Maillard in the 96th minute of play forced Guatanave's goalkeeper Eladio Wilkenson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
