Loreto Maldini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Anaguani's goal looked a bit too open when Falko Payer came free, but Loreto Maldini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Quiriquina AFCBBQ's goal looked a bit too open when Próspero Zavala came free, but Baudelio Catoni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 minutes of play, Quiriquina AFCBBQ's Norberto Larraechea made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Loreto Maldini was left in no man's land by his defense there! Esteban Leheren struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Loreto Maldini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quiriquina AFCBBQ. Baudelio Catoni was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jose Maria Castex. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Falko Payer in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Loreto Maldini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Falko Payer struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Loreto Maldini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quiriquina AFCBBQ. 32 minutes into the match, Quiriquina AFCBBQ's goal looked a bit too open when Próspero Zavala came free, but Baudelio Catoni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Baudelio Catoni successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Loreto Maldini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Martín Masuelas's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leoncio Landi got free with Baudelio Catoni in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esteban Leheren in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Loreto Maldini saved Anaguani from getting behind. After the first half Quiriquina AFCBBQ were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd match minute, Anaguani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Txomin Coulin to maneuver through the defense. Loreto Maldini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Larraechea, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Norberto Larraechea struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Loreto Maldini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quiriquina AFCBBQ. Falko Payer really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. 75 minutes into the match, Quiriquina AFCBBQ's goal looked a bit too open when Próspero Zavala came free, but Baudelio Catoni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Esteban Leheren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Loreto Maldini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 82nd minute, Quiriquina AFCBBQ's Norberto Larraechea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. In the 86th minute, Esteban Leheren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quiriquina AFCBBQ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. In the 93rd minute, Calistrat Arapașu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Loreto Maldini, passed just outside the right post. If Norberto Larraechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the match, Quiriquina AFCBBQ's Falko Payer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Loreto Maldini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over Quiriquina AFCBBQ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Anaguani throughout the match.
