Falko Payer charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Falko Payer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Falko Payer hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Valentino Robles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Leheren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Quiriquina AFCBBQ's Esteban Leheren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valentino Robles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Francisco Martín Masuelas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valentino Robles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Larraechea, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. If Norberto Larraechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baudelio Catoni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabio Pascuala in the 31st minute. Baudelio Catoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemencín Massa in the 32nd minute of the match. Esteban Leheren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentino Robles having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Refresco's Marco Cumplido got a free kick in the 36th minute. The supporters of Refresco booed when Quiriquina AFCBBQ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Falko Payer didn't get a good kick on the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Falko Payer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Norberto Larraechea struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Valentino Robles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quiriquina AFCBBQ. Baudelio Catoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Fanta in the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute Falko Payer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentino Robles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Norberto Larraechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Larraechea in the 96th minute of play forced Refresco's goalkeeper Valentino Robles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Refresco fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Quiriquina AFCBBQ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
