After a rather tough play, Muco AFC's Paulo Feres got a free kick in the 24th minute. Muco AFC's Jose Ramon Mac Kenna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Henríquez in the 32nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Muco AFC's zone, Mauricio Henríquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Ramon Mac Kenna came out of the goal and Mauricio Henríquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan Pablo Basualdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oriol Leyton having to interfere. Oriol Leyton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Txomin Epulef, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Guanacahua's Oriol Leyton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Txomin Epulef in the 41st minute of play. Enrique Oyarzún was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Enrique Oyarzún hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Txomin Epulef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Oriol Leyton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Val Véjar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 77 played minutes Muco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Román Gorbea. Val Véjar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Val Véjar came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Guanacahua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Val Véjar couldn't finish the play. Val Véjar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jose Ramon Mac Kenna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Txomin Epulef in the 92nd minute of play forced Guanacahua's goalkeeper Oriol Leyton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Muco AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
