It was a penalty for Consa AFC! 32 minutes into the game, Abdul Droguett cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Mercurio Merino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Odol Magofke struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Mercurio Merino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maichin. Abdul Droguett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Mercurio Merino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Jaume Catalán got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roque Ibarrueta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Maichin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Fernando Waiben to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaume Catalán in the 58th minute of play forced Maichin's goalkeeper Arturo Sudi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roque Ibarrueta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Sudi having to interfere. Jaume Catalán received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Arturo Sudi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Consa AFC's goalkeeper Mercurio Merino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Odol Magofke. Mercurio Merino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdul Droguett's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 90th minute, Regino Solezzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roque Ibarrueta in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arturo Sudi saved Maichin from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Odol Magofke got free with Mercurio Merino in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Maichin walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
