When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernando Armstrong made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Ramón Aldana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romildo Parrau. That made the score 0-1 in the 55 minute of play. Lora's Lester Matus got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernando Armstrong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romildo Parrau having to interfere. Lester Matus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 72 minutes, Amado Pedraza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Apiau AFC and the Lora players grew even worse after the yellow card. Despite this Aristeo Lastarria quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. It was beautiful to see Apiau AFC's Marín Villela in action when he in the 81st minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Fernando Armstrong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Lora's Gilberto Aragón got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 88 played minutes Apiau AFC got a freekick which was hit by José Javier Guillestegui. In the 89th minute of the match Francisco Ignacio Von Roques shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aristeo Lastarria showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
