Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ezmundo Vivas took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 8th minute, Ezequiel Muñiz made a precise shot to the right of Francisco Alberto Sarratea. Almendrillo AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 11th minute, Romano Magallanes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurín Landi made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Julio Urrejola sent off a good shot on target. Isaiás Urruticoechea was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After having played for 27 minutes, Ezmundo Vivas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almendrillo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezmundo Vivas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaitano Barticciotto kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaitano Barticciotto was the one to do the kick off. Francisco Alberto Sarratea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ezequiel Muñiz in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Romano Magallanes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romano Magallanes during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Rota AFC's Teodor Peña tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Julio Urrejola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezmundo Vivas in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurín Landi saved Rota AFC from getting behind. After having played for 66 minutes, Gaitano Barticciotto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rota AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaitano Barticciotto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 71 played minutes, Almendrillo AFC's Miquel Ferreiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maurín Landi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Almendrillo AFC reached it. Francisco Alberto Sarratea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaitano Barticciotto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Julio Urrejola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maurín Landi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezmundo Vivas in the 80th minute of play. With a little luck, Almendrillo AFC's Francisco Alberto Sarratea got control of the ball when Ezequiel Muñiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maurín Landi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Urrejola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Romano Magallanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Rota AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
