Claudio Villarroel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 18 minutes into the match, KaCiKe F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Martín Couve came free, but Claudio Villarroel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Salvatore Bañados kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Claudio Villarroel. That made the score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. Andoni Klickmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Próspero Restat in the 89th minute of play. Claudio Villarroel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvatore Bañados, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
