Victoriano Laferte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edilberto Ponce scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victoriano Laferte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Romano Chauriye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th match minute, Granizo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quintén Porras to maneuver through the defense. Pastor Gartxot received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adrián Talamilla came out and tried to block the shot, but Pastor Gartxot slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 27th minute. Adrián Talamilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Orozco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Granizo's Adelmo Urzúa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victoriano Laferte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Victoriano Laferte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adelmo Urzúa, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Nacho Dundan lost his temper 36 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 37th minute there was a penalty for Granizo. Patricio Peralta stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Victoriano Laferte. 1-2. Adrián Talamilla came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Sedven FC's Anselmo Orozco. But to his dismay, Anselmo Orozco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Edilberto Ponce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Laferte having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Orozco to make the kick off. Adrián Talamilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Orozco in the 60th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Granizo's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Acle came free, but Adrián Talamilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Enrique Mariano Cacho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Adelmo Urzúa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adrián Talamilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Orozco in the 71st minute of the match. Victoriano Laferte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edilberto Ponce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Romano Chauriye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Ramon Ibon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Granizo's Adrián Talamilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Orozco in the 87th minute of play. Adrián Talamilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Acle in the 90th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Sedven FC's goalkeeper Victoriano Laferte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romano Chauriye. After a defensive mix-up in Sedven FC's zone, Edilberto Ponce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoriano Laferte came out of the goal and Edilberto Ponce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sedven FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Granizo to leave the ground with a draw.
