Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Henrico Byers started the match with the kick off. Rutenio Soto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henrico Byers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Quenay's Raimundo Lukey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrico Byers in the 13th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, one of Quenay:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Jahuel. Raimundo Fritis stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Raimundo Lukey. 0-1. Rutenio Soto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Henrico Byers managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jahuel's supporters rose to their feet, but Henrico Byers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimundo Lukey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute, Victoro Opazo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arturo Waiben hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Victoro Opazo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. With a little luck, Quenay's Raimundo Lukey got control of the ball when Rutenio Soto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Jahuel booed when Quenay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estebano Malbrán didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jahuel's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
