Slaven Malbašić came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Mediosed FC's Mercurio Liendo. But to his dismay, Mercurio Liendo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jonatan Elorreaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Slaven Malbašić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mercurio Liendo in the 20th minute of play. After some careless play in the indomables FC defense, Mercurio Liendo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Slaven Malbašić. The indomables FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Slaven Malbašić should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the game, Mercurio Liendo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Slaven Malbašić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute Juan Antonio Sanfuentes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slaven Malbašić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 played minutes Mediosed FC got a freekick which was hit by Mercurio Liendo. indomables FC's Jonatan Elorreaga got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Mercurio Liendo made a precise shot to the right of Slaven Malbašić. indomables FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Antonio Sanfuentes to make the kick off. The supporters of indomables FC booed when Mediosed FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Savier Grez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonatan Elorreaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. In the 73rd match minute, Mediosed FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Román Yorgos to maneuver through the defense. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as indomables FC had held the ball for most of the match.
