Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abner Izammit took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd of the match, Abner Izammit tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Luis Javier Bacigalupo got in the way and made a wonderful save. Eloi Anastassiou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geraldo Montenegro in the 6th minute of play. Geraldo Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Eloi Anastassiou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geraldo Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eloi Anastassiou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geraldo Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 13th minute, Geraldo Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Geraldo Montenegro fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huillinlebu FC's protests and gave Geraldo Montenegro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Huillinlebu FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Geraldo Montenegro hit a great ball. Valentino Lemonde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Javier Bacigalupo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abner Izammit, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abner Izammit in the 32nd minute of play forced Huillinlebu FC's goalkeeper Luis Javier Bacigalupo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentino Lemonde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentino Lemonde got free with Luis Javier Bacigalupo in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Geraldo Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huillinlebu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Geraldo Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eloi Anastassiou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geraldo Montenegro to strike the kick off in the second half. Abner Izammit scored 1-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luis Javier Bacigalupo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valentino Lemonde blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luis Javier Bacigalupo having to make a save. In the 67th minute, one of Huillinlebu FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Huillinlebu FC. If Valentino Lemonde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentino Lemonde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute Geraldo Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloi Anastassiou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chincolco's Eloi Anastassiou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Chincolco from getting a goal against them. After 98 minutes, Nazario Basurto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chincolco and the Huillinlebu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nazario Basurto hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. After 99 played minutes, Huillinlebu FC's Tito Granado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eloi Anastassiou came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Huillinlebu FC reached it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Huillinlebu FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Chincolco.
