The supporters of Pachacamita AFC booed when Diucaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurín Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raimundo Irarrázaval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Francisco Espejo having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Raimundo Irarrázaval got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diucaco FC's Ever Trouve got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raimundo Irarrázaval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Francisco Espejo having to interfere. When Natalio Campo came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Pachacamita AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natalio Campo couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the game, one of Diucaco FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Marcos Francisco Espejo, was totally fooled by Pachacamita AFC's Reyes Abrahamsohn, who 42 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Ever Trouve came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Diucaco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ever Trouve couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastiano Callejas made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Raimundo Irarrázaval notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Diucaco FC's Marcos Francisco Espejo. Marcos Francisco Espejo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ever Trouve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caupolicán Lorie having to interfere. Eric Oyarce kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95th minute of the match Diucaco FC got a corner. Pachacamita AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Batista Abarza ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Batista Abarza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pachacamita AFC's Caupolicán Lorie did a great save.
