Andreo Raheiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Telmo Musalem might have been able to make a better finish in the 2nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damario Marcou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Telmo Musalem ran back to his position shaking his head. 4 minutes into the match, VINOTINTO FC's goalkeeper Severino Alvear had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruyman Ahumada. In the 4th minute, Sergio Delporte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Alvear showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreo Raheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute, Seran Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, VINOTINTO FC's Juanjo Alejo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Juanjo Alejo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of VINOTINTO FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Juanjo Alejo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for VINOTINTO FC! After some careless play in the Rivadavia defense, Juan Cristóbal Rabe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damario Marcou. The Rivadavia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damario Marcou should have stopped the shot. Damario Marcou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florián Carranza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Cristóbal Rabe struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Damario Marcou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VINOTINTO FC. If Juan Cristóbal Rabe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Cristóbal Rabe in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damario Marcou prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes into the game, Eber Lagarrigue cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Damario Marcou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 39 minutes into the match, VINOTINTO FC's Sergio Delporte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damario Marcou narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Eber Lagarrigue came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the VINOTINTO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eber Lagarrigue couldn't finish the play. Florián Carranza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damario Marcou having to interfere. Eber Lagarrigue struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Damario Marcou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VINOTINTO FC. Juan Cristóbal Rabe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Damario Marcou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half VINOTINTO FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Cristóbal Rabe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Eber Lagarrigue managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VINOTINTO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eber Lagarrigue was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severino Alvear took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreo Raheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damario Marcou came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by VINOTINTO FC's Sergio Delporte. But to his dismay, Sergio Delporte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. If Juan Cristóbal Rabe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damario Marcou made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Florián Carranza sent off a good shot on target. Damario Marcou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florián Carranza in the 68th minute of play. When VINOTINTO FC's Omar Gaymer in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rivadavia's goalie prevented a goal. Juan Cristóbal Rabe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Rivadavia's Damario Marcou got control of the ball when Brian Schmauk tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Rivadavia's zone, Florián Carranza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damario Marcou came out of the goal and Florián Carranza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Seran Illescas fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rivadavia's protests and gave Seran Illescas a yellow card for diving instead. When Juan Cristóbal Rabe came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the VINOTINTO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Cristóbal Rabe couldn't finish the play. If Eber Lagarrigue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreo Raheiro hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the game, Eber Lagarrigue was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VINOTINTO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rivadavia the free kick. In the 82nd match minute, VINOTINTO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eber Lagarrigue to maneuver through the defense. Andreo Raheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Rivadavia's Damario Marcou got control of the ball when Florián Carranza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Florián Carranza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Damario Marcou came out and tried to block the shot, but Florián Carranza slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 88th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Florián Carranza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Damario Marcou, 1-5. When the final whistle sounded VINOTINTO FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rivadavia.
