An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Carvajal in the 8th minute of play forced CERRO ÑIELOL's goalkeeper Juan Pedro Marshall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adalberto Alzerreca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Devia in the 14th minute of play. Sandro Devia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adalberto Alzerreca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Jose Miguel Monte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Juan Pedro Marshall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sandro Devia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adalberto Alzerreca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Devia, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Jose Miguel Monte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Pedro Marshall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. If Sandro Devia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sandro Devia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Israel Iriberry mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sora AFC and the CERRO ÑIELOL players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sora AFC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Israel Iriberry hit a great ball. If Sandro Devia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Jose Miguel Monte got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jesus Carvajal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jesus Carvajal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesus Carvajal got free with Juan Pedro Marshall in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jesus Carvajal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Miguel Señoret during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Juan Miguel Señoret hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Sora AFC's Adalberto Alzerreca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constancio Blanch in the 86th minute of play. Constancio Blanch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Adalberto Alzerreca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CERRO ÑIELOL's Constancio Blanch got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Miguel Almadel hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The CERRO ÑIELOL fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sora AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
