With a left leg Karlos Pezoa saved Chilpa FC from getting behind. In the 32nd minute Jeraldo Jons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Ried saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karlos Pezoa made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Angelino Catalá sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the game, Angelino Catalá recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Karlos Pezoa. Angelino Catalá showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Belmiro Torre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Karlos Pezoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juntas's Angelino Catalá got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Chilpa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Belmiro Torre came free, but Karlos Pezoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juntas's Saturnino Prado got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karlos Pezoa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Belmiro Torre showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 45 minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albert Alegre was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeraldo Jons in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Ried prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chilpa FC's Karlos Pezoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Catalá in the 60th minute of play. Karlos Pezoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Prado, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Karlos Pezoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Prado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chilpa FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Rigoberto Carcuro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Elias Andueza charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Andueza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute, Elias Andueza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belmiro Torre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karlos Pezoa having to make a save. Juntas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albert Alegre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Juntas had played much better football throughout.
