The supporters of Cutiguano booed when Union Latino Americana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alipio Pais didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Henrico Salamo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristeo Panetti in the 39th minute of play forced Cutiguano's goalkeeper Henrico Salamo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnau Justicia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Aristeo Panetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Henrico Salamo came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Union Latino Americana FC's Máximo Antúnez. But to his dismay, Máximo Antúnez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Damario Cattalán managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cutiguano's supporters rose to their feet, but Damario Cattalán was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nial Blakewell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd minute, Arnau Justicia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nial Blakewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnau Justicia in the 75th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Cutiguano's goalkeeper Henrico Salamo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Máximo Antúnez.
