Balsas FC's Mario Alberto Diaz de Andrade got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mario Alberto Diaz de Andrade made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Lauro Navarrete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Flayers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lauro Navarrete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noé Markovic in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vasco Sarratea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Vasco Sarratea successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 61st minute Noé Markovic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Sarratea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abner Norambuena's late challenge caught a Real Flayers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abner Norambuena helped the player get up and apologised.
