In the 21stth minute of the game Jon-Ander Delgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abanico's Karlos Mella was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jon-Ander Delgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karlos Mella stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jon-Ander Delgado's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Karlos Mella came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by EL TRINAL F.C.'s Jon-Ander Delgado. But to his dismay, Jon-Ander Delgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Ervigio Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Cañas in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karlos Mella saved Abanico from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jon-Ander Delgado in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karlos Mella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of EL TRINAL F.C. booed when Abanico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ervigio Madureira didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jon-Ander Delgado was the one to do the kick off. If Julián Davalos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Abanico defense, Jon-Ander Delgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karlos Mella. The Abanico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karlos Mella should have stopped the shot. Jon-Ander Delgado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Karlos Mella skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 78 minutes into the match, EL TRINAL F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ervigio Madureira came free, but Roy Amadori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Abanico booed when EL TRINAL F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon-Ander Delgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. EL TRINAL F.C.'s Jose Ramon Dell´Orto shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 85th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Karlos Mella but with some difficulty. Ervigio Madureira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Toni Garza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roy Amadori having to interfere. The Abanico fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. EL TRINAL F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
