Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Futrono FC's Florinio Cocio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Florinio Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute, Florinio Valle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Futrono FC's Timeteo Gattini got a free kick in the 10th minute. Florinio Cocio scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Nordon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute, Gaitán Gaymer made a precise shot to the right of Gilesindo Cauffmann. Futrono FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remicio Yáñez in the 24th minute of play forced Futrono FC's goalkeeper Gilesindo Cauffmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pau Torrejón charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pau Torrejón the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 31 minutes into the game, one of Futrono FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Diego Patau shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Remicio Yáñez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remicio Yáñez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gilesindo Cauffmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gaitán Gaymer came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Tantauco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaitán Gaymer couldn't finish the play. Florinio Valle scored 1-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Nordon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaitán Gaymer was the one to do the kick off. When Elear Maldini fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tantauco's protests and gave Elear Maldini a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tantauco getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Elear Maldini hit a great ball. In the 59th match minute, Futrono FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eufrasio Turull to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Gaitán Gaymer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilesindo Cauffmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After having played for 72 minutes, Florinio Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Futrono FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florinio Valle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Higinio Nordon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florinio Cocio in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Natanael Segovia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Higinio Nordon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florinio Cocio in the 75th minute of the match. A collision led to Tantauco getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Natanael Segovia hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the game, Tantauco's Remicio Yáñez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gilesindo Cauffmann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 85th minute, Elear Maldini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Gaitán Gaymer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tantauco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tantauco! Tantauco's Higinio Nordon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Tantauco from getting a goal against them. Futrono FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
