A collision led to Freirina getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Fidel Bas hit a great ball. In the 5th minute of the match Ursino Chopitea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rufino Langdon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Freirina booed when Huepi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Scholtzl didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute of the match Pere Jordi Zuazagoitia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osvaldo Alfonso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Osvaldo Alfonso came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Freirina's Jonatán De la Sotta. But to his dismay, Jonatán De la Sotta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Victorino Montoya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Alfonso having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Freirina's Victorino Montoya sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osvaldo Alfonso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute Victorino Montoya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Alfonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Fausto Helo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huepi's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Helo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rufino Langdon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Anacleto Ferraro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Alfonso having to interfere. Jonatán De la Sotta struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Osvaldo Alfonso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Freirina. In the 60thth minute of the game Victorino Montoya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huepi's Osvaldo Alfonso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fausto Helo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rufino Langdon having to interfere. Rufino Langdon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Helo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Miguel Scholtzl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victorino Montoya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Alfonso having to interfere. Miguel Scholtzl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Rufino Langdon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, Freirina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Ferraro to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Fidel Bas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81 minutes of play, Huepi's Fausto Helo made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rufino Langdon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 91st minute, Mario Jesus Adaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Huepi players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
