Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tamariz Morales started the match with the kick off. After 11 played minutes Huari AFC got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Dessauer. Tancredo Vicencio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 13th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The goalkeeper, Leopoldo Jacinto Honores, was totally fooled by Umagata's Tancredo Vicencio, who 21 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Rolando Sotelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Joel Acasuso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ceferino Otaegui could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Leopoldo Jacinto Honores made a huge save. The wind increased when Rolando Sotelo made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ceferino Otaegui left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Umagata fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Rolando Sotelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Huari AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ceferino Otaegui was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 73rd minute, Tamariz Morales ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leopoldo Jacinto Honores was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Leopoldo Jacinto Honores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Otaegui in the 77th minute of the match. Leopoldo Jacinto Honores came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Umagata's Tamariz Morales. But to his dismay, Tamariz Morales quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ceferino Otaegui in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leopoldo Jacinto Honores prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joel Acasuso was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Adolfo Dessauer. After a defensive mix-up in Umagata's zone, Juan Alberto Parot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Acasuso came out of the goal and Juan Alberto Parot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Umagata had won after a very even match.
