Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jerardo Prieto started the match with the kick off. When Constantino Machado came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Carrizo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Constantino Machado couldn't finish the play. Gabino Justicia had great luck who in the 11thth minute grab hold of the ball when Xacobo Antúnez from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 13 minutes into the match, Carrizo AFC's goalkeeper Gabino Justicia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rutenio Fevre. Rutenio Fevre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Gabino Justicia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xacobo Antúnez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Constantino Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xaime Unzaga having to interfere. If Jerardo Prieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Rosita FC's zone, Jerardo Prieto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xaime Unzaga came out of the goal and Jerardo Prieto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerardo Prieto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xacobo Antúnez to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Carrizo AFC's zone, Xacobo Antúnez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabino Justicia came out of the goal and Xacobo Antúnez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 52 minutes into the game, Rutenio Fevre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Gabino Justicia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gabino Justicia came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosita FC's Rutenio Fevre. But to his dismay, Rutenio Fevre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With his leg Xaime Unzaga managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Carrizo AFC's Constantino Machado fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xacobo Antúnez in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabino Justicia saved Carrizo AFC from getting behind. A collision led to Carrizo AFC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Roberto Hucke hit a great ball. Xacobo Antúnez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 minutes, Francisco Maquieira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carrizo AFC and the Rosita FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Carrizo AFC's Francisco Maquieira got a free kick in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Carrizo AFC's zone, Rutenio Fevre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabino Justicia came out of the goal and Rutenio Fevre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rosita FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Carrizo AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
