Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rolando Espínola took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 9 minutes, Humberto Forlan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Lombardo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Forlan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atlético Lombardo FC's Benicio Mantilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eber Peric in the 15th minute of play. Manuelo Aicardi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andoni Vaccia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rolando Espínola's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 24thth minute of the game Rolando Espínola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paquisa's Andoni Vaccia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute Teofilio Jullian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Mantilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benicio Mantilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eber Peric, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Atlético Lombardo FC's Rolando Espínola was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 31st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Andoni Vaccia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rolando Espínola's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. The Atlético Lombardo FC fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Atlético Lombardo FC's Rolando Espínola looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Paquisa's Eber Peric got a free kick in the 39th minute. A collision led to Paquisa getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Camilo Velarde hit a great ball. Paquisa's Andoni Vaccia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Paquisa from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orlando Paez to make the kick off. Andoni Vaccia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Forlan in the 55th minute of the match. Manuelo Aicardi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Andoni Vaccia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Paquisa's zone, Natanael Schroeders stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andoni Vaccia came out of the goal and Natanael Schroeders tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rolando Espínola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andoni Vaccia having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Eber Peric hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Rolando Espínola made a precise shot to the right of Andoni Vaccia. Paquisa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Atlético Lombardo FC's Manuelo Aicardi got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Manuelo Aicardi made a precise shot to the right of Andoni Vaccia. Paquisa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The supporters of Atlético Lombardo FC booed when Paquisa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilio Jullian didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Atlético Lombardo FC's Teodovico Alemparte got a free kick in the 88th minute. With 89 minutes on the clock, Ariano Jara commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 94th minute Orlando Paez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Mantilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faustino Recabarren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andoni Vaccia having to interfere.
