Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yoel Pontigo in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nafarroa Berau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Mariano Brzovic fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrabases F.C's protests and gave Mariano Brzovic a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd minute, Mariano Brzovic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Mario Salazar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Yoel Pontigo managed to get in a good position for a shot.
