Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Soriano Piña kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Nehuentue getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Rigoberto Marzullo hit a great ball. In the 6th minute of the match Abelardo Sales shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fulgencio Azaola showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 11thth minute of the game Soriano Piña who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nehuentue's Fulgencio Azaola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Nehuentue's Yeray Soza got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 22nd minute Cirilo Ahues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Azaola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severiano Schlegel came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Nehuentue's Maxín Turres. But to his dismay, Maxín Turres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Maxín Turres blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Severiano Schlegel having to make a save. In the 29thth minute of the game Maurilio Illanes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saucache's Severiano Schlegel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maxín Turres who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Severiano Schlegel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fulgencio Azaola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Soriano Piña's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Nehuentue's Fulgencio Azaola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Soriano Piña in the 37th minute of play. Fulgencio Azaola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Ahues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Maurilio Illanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maxín Turres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Schlegel having to interfere. Severiano Schlegel was a little too slow when Maurilio Illanes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 2-0. When Guntademaro Aguero fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nehuentue's protests and gave Guntademaro Aguero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, Nehuentue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guntademaro Aguero to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Maurilio Illanes made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Soriano Piña in the 55th minute of play forced Nehuentue's goalkeeper Fulgencio Azaola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Soriano Piña recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Soriano Piña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Fulgencio Azaola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 77 played minutes Saucache got a freekick which was hit by Amado Tobar. After a rather tough play, Saucache's Toni Sirens got a free kick in the 80th minute. When Cirilo Ahues came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Saucache fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Ahues couldn't finish the play. Maxín Turres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Schlegel having to interfere. Severiano Schlegel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
