When Esteban Cid came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Tulahuen AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteban Cid couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute Esteban Cid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Heredia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tulahuen AFC's Esteban Cid in 28 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Dalmacio Heredia guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. With a little luck, Colo-Colo's Dalmacio Heredia got control of the ball when Eustacio Magalhaes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dalmacio Heredia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Cid in the 30th minute of the match. Dalmacio Heredia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Esteban Cid showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. With a little luck, Colo-Colo's Dalmacio Heredia got control of the ball when Eustacio Magalhaes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mohamed Talcao kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Esteban Cid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damario Zavala stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Esteban Cid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Heredia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Colo-Colo's zone, Eustacio Magalhaes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmacio Heredia came out of the goal and Eustacio Magalhaes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 56 minutes into the match, Colo-Colo's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Cid came free, but Dalmacio Heredia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esteban Cid in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmacio Heredia saved Colo-Colo from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Esteban Cid managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tulahuen AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteban Cid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Heredia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Esteban Cid's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dalmacio Heredia was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Eustacio Magalhaes struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Dalmacio Heredia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tulahuen AFC. Dalmacio Heredia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Cid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ceferino Hormazabal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Colo-Colo's Damario Zavala sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nauzet Cacho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Colo-Colo's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Cid came free, but Dalmacio Heredia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tulahuen AFC had played much better football throughout.
